The third edition of Beirut Art Days will be held from June 24 to 27, with the stated ambition of bringing artistic and cultural creation to life, despite the war, the uncertainties and the deep crisis that Lebanon is going through.

Organized by the Cultural Agenda under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture and with the support of the European Union, the event will bring together for four days galleries, museums, artists, workshops, cultural spaces and independent initiatives in Beirut and in several regions of the country.

Placed under the slogan “Art Is Our Capital”, this third edition will offer nearly 120 events supported by around forty participants. Exhibitions, performances, workshops, conferences, meetings and cultural activities will punctuate the event, which intends to highlight the dynamism of a Lebanese artistic scene that is still active despite the difficulties.

In its press release, the organization emphasizes that “keeping culture alive is not a luxury, but a necessity.” According to the organizers, culture helps preserve creativity, dialogue, collective memory and human connections in a country facing multiple challenges.

Beyond its festive dimension, Beirut Art Days aims to be a space for discovery, exchange and sharing. “More than a festival, Beirut Art Days is a collective affirmation that art and culture continue to play an essential role in our society,” underlines the press release.
