“The Iranian military is complete and utter chaos. Much of it, like their navy and air force, doesn’t even exist anymore – they have been totally defeated,” he added. “Iran is all talk and no action. The tyrant of the Middle East is DEAD!!!”
“They took too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them, and now they will have to pay the price,” he wrote.
A conflict that gets bogged down
The American president is seeking a way out of this unpopular conflict in the United States as the mid-term legislative elections approach and is multiplying contradictory declarations, sometimes optimistic, sometimes going to war.
Donald Trump again affirmed on Tuesday that American diplomacy was leading the “final efforts” with a view to concluding an agreement with Tehran, citing a delay of “two to three days” for it to be concluded.
