"I did shit" : Maissane and Emine explain themselves for the first time after the scandal with SisiK in Excape Island!

Getting stuck on Excape Island may be both the worst and best thing that happened to Emine and Maissane. The two exes had indeed more than one thing to clarify, and the reunion did not fail to give rise to memorable moments, starting with a retort from the candidate which made Internet users die of laughter: “I wish him a good big baldness before he turns thirty, a good big baldness on his big immense head”. But beyond the barbs, it is above all on a much more heated subject that the two had to explain: the relationship between Maissane and Sisik, Emine’s best friend. A story that only happened once, two years ago, when they were separated, but that Emine only learned recently, when Aqababe revealed everything in broad daylight. Problem: the couple had just gotten back together. A bombshell that caused yet another breakup and open war between them.

For her part, Maissane did not seek to discredit herself and recognized her wrongs. Faced with Emine, she indeed took responsibility and returned to the course of events with frankness: there was first a rapprochement one evening, before the next day, “what happened happened”. A modest but honest way of accepting what really happened between her and Sisik, without trying to beat around the bush: “I did shit”. But Maissane nevertheless wanted to put things in context. At that time, she and Emine were already no longer speaking to each other, and their relationship was going through a particularly difficult period… especially after the young man’s marriage. “You were coming out of a marriage and a divorce. For me, I was no longer in your life”, she then told him, looking into his eyes. A way of remembering that at the time, their story was far from simple and that the candidate in no way cheated on her ex-companion.

Emine, however, does not lose his temper. What is unbearable for him is not so much the relationship itself as the silence that followed. Almost two years of hiding the truth from him, of continuing to hang out with Sisik, of letting the three of them be friends even though they both knew perfectly well the reality of the situation. For Jazz Correia’s best friend, things are clear: from the moment they got back together, Maissane should have confessed everything to him. However, Maissane defends herself with her own arguments. If she waited so long before speaking, it’s because she wanted to make sure that their relationship was “solid” enough to withstand such a revelation. A precaution which, according to her, was almost like protection: “You would never have forgiven me,” she assured him, aware that Emine would have suffered by learning the truth.
