While the optimization of overall mobility management costs is on everyone’s lips, how do you analyze your activity over the first five months of 2026?
Thomas Bertrand : The first 5 months of 2026 are a continuation of a year 2025 marked by strong growth for FATEC, with a business volume of €300 million (+36%) and 177,000 vehicles managed. This dynamic is accompanied by a strengthening of our teams, with a 7% increase in staff numbers in one year to reach 300 employees. Our development reflects the growing needs of companies in terms of cost optimization, data management and energy transition.

Can you give us a detailed breakdown of your customer portfolio (fleet size, sectors of activity…)?
Our customer portfolio is made up of both SMEs and large public and private groups, with recognized expertise in complex and multi-site fleets. We support fleets of light, utility and industrial vehicles in various sectors such as transport, banking, industry, the public sector as well as other sectors of activity. FATEC today supports nearly 300 customers in France and internationally.
“Moving towards fleets that are both more sustainable and efficient”
How is your commercial offer structured and what management tools do you recommend as a priority?
Our offer is based on personalized support, starting with a pre-diagnosis to identify the challenges of each client. This advisory phase then directs companies towards Fleet Management for budgetary and operational management of the fleet, or towards Fleet Technique for maintenance and cost management. Our managers rely on Mobipilot, developed by FATEC, as well as GAC or Phoenix to centralize data and monitor indicators.
What are the main expectations expressed by the fleets towards you? (Support in electrification, use and control of data, prices…)
Above all, fleets expect personalized support in the face of the increasing complexity of their challenges. They are looking for better budgetary and operational control of their fleet, as well as precise management of their carbon trajectory. Companies also want to optimize their TCO, reduce their technical costs and save time thanks to efficient management tools and monitoring adapted to their specific needs, for a more sustainable and efficient fleet.
