Mask Singer: Find out what personality was hidden under the Caillou costume

It’s the first elimination of the evening… and it’s the Caillou who leaves us! This Friday, June 5, Kev Adams (who wowed America’s Got Talent with his latest sketch), Chantal Ladesou, Laurent Ruquier and Michael Youn were brought together again to play investigators and try to discover the celebrities hidden under the costumes. Since the start of this ninth season, many masks have fallen: that of Firmine Richard, who hid under the costume of the Lawyer, that of Véronique Jannot under that of the Panther, but also that of Michael Jones under that of the Mummy. That’s not all: international star Jason Derulo, who has billions of views, also participated out of competition in the Hedgehog costume!

Four duels on the program, two eliminated!

On the program for this Friday, June 5, it was boom night on TF1, with four duels between the eight remaining characters: the Bouquet, the Donkey, the Stone, the Clown, the Chick, the Wild Boar, the Venetian Woman and the Owl. The first duel pitted the Donkey against the Clown. A Clown who also has a unique characteristic: he does not wear a costume, unlike the others, but a makeup that changes every week. After a performance on the title Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars, it was the Donkey who qualified.

The second duel pitted Poussin against Caillou. This time there wasn’t much doubt. On Broadway’s Java by Michel Sardou, the Caillou betrayed himself and collected three golden predictions. A toss-up therefore pitted him against the Clown, who was not smiling this time and trembled until the last moment… but was ultimately saved.

Le Caillou, a voice recognizable among a thousand

It is therefore the Caillou who is the first eliminated from this evening of Mask Singerwhile waiting for the second departure of the evening, which will concern one of the four remaining characters: the Bouquet, the Wild Boar, the Venetian or the Owl. But then, who was hiding under the Caillou costume? If, like Kev Adams, Laurent Ruquier (who would like to move away from the small screen) and Michael Youn, you recognized the crooning voice of Dany Brillantyou were right on target!

Chantal Ladesou was the only investigator not to identify the singer’s voice. He thus becomes the sixth character eliminated from this season, after the departure of Cyborg last week, who was none other than Pascal Légitimus. However, the Caillou will not be the only one to leave the adventure this evening, since at the end of the evening, there will only be six candidates still in the competition.
