The Maîtrise de l’Opéra Grand Avignon is organizing two auditions on Saturday June 6 and September 5.
The Opéra Grand Avignon is organizing an audition for children and adolescents aged 8 and over this Saturday, June 6. The young artists selected will join the Maîtrise de l’Opéra for the 2026-2027 season and will be able to participate in the concert tour to celebrate Christmas, ‘La Fille du Régiment’ after Donizetti, ‘L’Enfant et la nuit’ by Franck Villard and Olivier Balazuc, and ‘The famous Molière’ by Julien Joubert, a musical comedy inspired by the life of the great French author and actor.
Joining the Maîtrise de l’Opéra Grand Avignon allows young people to discover singing, theater and dance, while developing their curiosity and sensitivity. The Opera promises “a demanding and caring professional environment, and an intense artistic experience, made of work, sharing and wonder.”
