Despite the heat of this Friday, May 29, opening day at the Gabriel Museum, the public came to discover the works of the second exhibition of the artistic season at the Gabriel Museum. Mayor, Stéphane Carlet and the deputy for culture, Françoise Hichard, were both present. They took turns speaking after the presentation of the artists by the president of the Association Anne-Marie Jubiniaux. They expressed their satisfaction at having the presence of a museum dedicated to art in the town of Latronquière. They also praised the installation of the Tolerme workshop of Jérôme Montens and Marie-Claire Bonhommet in the town of Sénaillac-Latronquière The three artists Jacques Quaggio, who expresses his aesthetic sensitivity in captivating colors, Jérôme Montens whose birds. ségala animate the paintings and Christophe Dougnac who takes us towards his imaginary and fantastic world presented themselves and their works.
A dynamic around art and heritage is taking hold in the upper Ségala Lotois, an area which invites creation in its green and relaxing setting, with a magnificent body of water, Lake Tolerme.
The association warmly thanks the volunteers for their involvement in the preparation of the gourmet buffet, which contributes to the reputation of the museum.
