“The night I married my best friend”: Donald Trump Jr. reveals the first images of his heavenly marriage to Bettina Anderson

A bright sun and turquoise water, it was in the middle of a heavenly setting that Donald Trump Jr. married Bettina Anderson on Saturday May 23. Of these intimate nuptials, the spouses only revealed a photo of their intertwined hands decorated with their wedding rings. But a week after the wedding, Donald Trump’s eldest son shared a video of the event on Instagram. In it, the lovers stroll on a white sand beach, kiss each other, appear complicit.

They run hand in hand and dive into the turquoise water before hugging. The groom opted for a white shirt and light blue shorts while his wife is dressed in a white swimsuit, a blue pareo and covered her head with a large hat. In the second part of the video, it’s time for the couple to start preparing for the ceremony. Bettina Anderson gets her hair done while Donald Trump Jr. rereads his speech. He then puts on his beige suit, inside which he has had the letter “B” embroidered surrounded by a red heart, in homage to the woman he married.

“The one who will be by my side forever”

It is in a very small chapel, hidden in the middle of the vegetation of the island, that the guests meet. We can notably see the groom’s sisters, Ivanka and Tiffany Trump, but also his eldest daughter Kai and his youngest son, Donald Trump III. The bride then enters the chapel dressed in a simple white satin dress. After saying “yes”, the couple leaves the building under the applause of the few guests and a shower of white rose petals. It is then time to party to celebrate this union. In the caption of these images, the American businessman wrote a few words of love to his wife.

“The night I married my best friend, my love and the one who will be by my side forever,” we can read. “Bettina, you have brought so much peace, joy and light into my life. By your side, surrounded by our brothers and sisters, your mom, Donnie and Kai, I have never felt more grateful or more sure of anything. My wife. My heart. My love forever.” The video then ends with a beautiful image of Donald Trump Jr. carrying his wife in his arms and kissing her with a look full of love.
