The Red Star FC wishes to create a lively and accessible dialogue space, bridging the amateur and professional football worlds. The goal is to highlight women’s trajectories in football and question the current dynamics on the field, in coaching, and in decision-making bodies.

The event will be hosted by Sarah Ichou, director of the Bondy Blog, whose insightful perspective will accompany rich and nuanced exchanges.

Table round n°1: They make the game

This first discussion will shine a light on those who shape football on and off the field. – Sylia Koui, former professional player and current technical advisor – Stéphanie Lam, assistant coach of the men’s reserve team at Red Star FC – Sophie Istillart, former professional player and training advisor at UNFP

Through their experiences, this roundtable will explore the challenges faced, the levers of evolution, and the changing mindsets in a historically male-dominated environment.

Table round n°2: They are in charge

The second segment will focus on women in strategic and decision-making roles in football and its industry. – Pauline Gamerre, General Director of Red Star FC – Camille Amar, founder of the start-up Manita and vice-president of SporTechFr – Marie-Hélène Patry, general delegate of Foot Unis – Camille Naudé, director of AMOS Toulouse and of the AMOS Women’s French Cup
