“Yours forever”: Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson reveal a photo from their intimate wedding in the Bahamas

The festivities took place in complete privacy and the President of the United States was not present. On Thursday, May 21, Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson were married in Palm Beach, Florida, reportedPage Six  who managed to obtain a copy of the marriage certificate. While they hoped to be able to celebrate their nuptials at the White House, the couple ultimately went to the Bahamas, with their friends and family members on a private island. Saturday May 23, Bettina Anderson then revealed a glimpse of the wedding by sharing a black and white photo in her Instagram story. On it, the hands of the newlyweds intertwine and are decorated with their wedding rings. “You forever, mine forever,” wrote the 39-year-old influencer in the caption of the photo and tagging her husband’s Instagram account. In another post, she re-shared a message which appears to have been embroidered on white fabric. “The goal is to marry your best friend,” we can read on the publication.

The absence of Donald Trump

According to the Page Six, several members of the Trump family were present such as Ivanka, Eric and Tiffany Trump as well as Don Jr.’s six children whom he had with his ex-wife, Vanessa Trump. “Don and Bettina are a wonderful couple,” Eric Trump told the American tabloid. “I’m so proud to have been able to follow so much of their journey as a couple. They really light up in each other’s presence and it’s been incredible to watch their story unfold. I couldn’t be happier for them on this special day.”

However, one member of the clan was absent from the festivities. Indeed, Donald Trump indicated, Thursday, May 21, that he would not be present at the wedding of his eldest son, from his union with Ivana Trump. The President of the United States explained that it “wasn’t the right time” for him, citing the ongoing war in Iran as well as other issues related to his role as head of state. “Even though I would really like to be at the side of my son, Don Jr., and the newest addition to the Trump family, his future wife Bettina, the obligations of my government functions and my love for the United States of America prevent me from doing so,” he said Friday May 22 on his social network, Truth Social. For the moment no photos of the wedding have been revealed by the couple who prefer to preserve a little mystery around this event.
