Music and sharing with the Campana chamber choir which performs at Pontet

It is with enthusiasm that the fifteen members of the Campana chamber choir, under the direction of Chantal Haon, will offer the public a program marked by emotion, on Friday May 29 at 8:30 p.m. in the Pontet church.

If we will find works by composers as different as Fauré, Vaughan Williams, Rossini, John Dowland, Jay Althouse and many others, Chantal Haon reveals “guiding thread“in this concert conceived as a story full of complementary emotions: “I wanted to dedicate myself to sharing and sharing, the more melancholic parts of the program highlight the more joyful ones. There are pieces with piano and a cappella pieces, we are above all at the service of music.”

“Singing releases endorphins”

Previously a professor of musical training at the CRR du Grand Avignon, Chantal Haon has retained the taste for transmitting to others and doing “ensemble” while respecting individualities. The choir is also involved with Sacred Music in Avignon, with whom it performed this year in a more classical repertoire around Vivaldi, Schubert and Dvorak.

For Sarah Baghdadi, soprano in the chamber choir “chanter
