The brand specializing in Greek bowls and pitas opened its second location in the business district at the end of April.

Installed at the foot of the Trinity Tower, in place of the former Più Più restaurant, this Gallika extends over around sixty square meters. It has around twenty seats inside, plus around forty on the outside terrace. The restaurant is freely accessible, both to the occupants of the skyscraper and to passers-by.

Manhandled during the coronavirus crisis, catering seems to be regaining color in the business district of western Paris. A neighborhood that Jean-Philippe Selle and Julien Gantheret, the two founders of Gallika, believe in. “Defense has strong potential for our brand,” confides Jean-Philippe Selle. This restaurant, a little away from the flow of passers-by, does not seem to frighten the two managers. “There are 4,000 people in this tower, which is full,” adds Jean-Philippe Selle.

A bet on the towers of La Défense which seems, for the moment, to be winning. Greek recipes have clearly won over the employees of the business district. “The Corolles restaurant is working very well. We are beyond our expectations,” enthuses Jean-Philippe Selle. “Despite the capricious weather, the holidays and the May holidays, the customers are there,” adds Julien Gantheret, proud of the success of his first address.

And Gallika’s appetite won’t stop there. The chain plans to open, by the end of the summer – a little late – a third restaurant in the Michelet district, at the foot of the Lightwell building.

The Gallika restaurant in Trinity Tower is open Monday to Friday, between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
