The second deliberation concerned the mission costs of two elected officials during the summer camps for teenagers from August 26 to 28. Ludivine Alanot and Frédérique Pradellou will supervise this camp. “The destination and content of this camp will be decided with the teen club,” said Ludivine Alanot.
The elected officials also voted unanimously for the reimbursement of expenses incurred upon presentation of supporting documents, with certain limits: transport costs (kilometric reimbursements in the event of use of the personal vehicle and from an expense report specifying the itinerary and dates), catering costs of 20 euros maximum per meal, accommodation costs of 90 euros per night…
A new defense correspondent
The deputy mayor, Stéphanie Lascaud, was appointed as the town’s defense correspondent. The missions of this correspondent revolve around three axes: informing residents about defense policies; the citizenship journey and the memory of conflicts; raise awareness among younger generations about defense issues; lead local actions (commemorative ceremonies, visits to military sites, meetings with veterans).
