A form has been provided for users to select their State, Zip Code, and Country when making a purchase. To choose their State, users can select from a drop-down list that includes options such as Alabama, Alaska, California, and Georgia among others. For the Zip Code, users can enter a maximum of 7 characters in the input field. When selecting their Country, users can choose from a variety of countries including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Bahamas, and Cuba.
