The Czech Center in Paris is participating in the new edition of Nuit Blanche this Saturday June 6, 2026: immerse yourself in Czech culture during a free and poetic evening.
The Center tchèque de Paris is a small island of culture in the 6th arrondissement: this cultural center invites us to discover and appreciate art, language, gastronomy, the history of Tchéquie. Inaugurated in 1997, this center regularly organizes exhibitions, concerts, literary evenings, language courses… It even has its own jazz club!
So, if you are looking for something new and a change of scenery in Paris, there is nothing better than a short trip to the Czech Republic to broaden your horizons. Especially during the evening of Saturday June 6, 2026Â: the Czech Center participates in the new edition of the White Nightand offers several special events.
Every year, the Nuit Blanche transforms Paris: this great festival ofcontemporary art makes the capital vibrate from dusk until dawn, thanks to hundreds of performances, exhibitions, concerts, shows, installations… Artistes et cultural institutions go all out to surprise and seduce the curious. With each edition, we are guaranteed to discover unusual worlds, to fall in love with new artists, and to spend a memorable night!

- CZECH CENTER / Pop-Up Nuit Blanche 2026
Saturday June 6, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.Exhibition, Photography, Video, Animated films
Night of animated short films selected by the Zlán Festival.
Two cycles of short films of 60 minutes each will present masterpieces of animation for adults and children from the Zlán International Film Festival for Children and Adolescents, a major reference for animated cinema in Central Europe. The films presented extend the themes developed in the exhibition through the movement, the narrative and the poetry of the moving image.
Pop-Up Nuit Blanche 2026 – This event brings together eight Czech and Slovak contemporary artists living or working in Paris, whose practices bear witness to transnational journeys and a constant dialogue between cultures, memories and visual languages.
The selection proposed by the Zlán Festival highlights films awarded at major international festivals, directed by established filmmakers and young talents. She sensitively addresses themes such as childhood, family, memory, the environment and collective responsibility.

• Iveta BradaÄ ová – Intuitive abstract painting, based on color, gesture and material.
• Barbora KřÞová – Photography between documentary and fiction, focused on adolescence, memory and intimacy.
• Tereza Lochmann – Hybrid practice mixing engraving, painting and sculpture, nourished by outsider art and visual narration.
• KristÃna MésároÅ¡ – Narrative painting close to magical realism, constructed from symbols and past experiences.
• Marta Morice – Multidisciplinary practice combining drawing, painting and installation, exploring visual language, perception and notions of identity and transformation.
• Catherine Radosa – Video and textual devices questioning speech, collective narrative and public space.
• Adéla Strnadová – Drawing and engraving around the portrait, otherness and the observation of everyday life.
• Alžbeta Wolfová – Photography and installation at the crossroads of art and scientific research.
