The Professional Football League has announced that Ligue 1+, the current rights holder for broadcasting Ligue 1 matches, will also broadcast third-division matches, which will become professional next year.

The League 3 has found its broadcaster. The new professional league, which will replace the National league, will be fully and exclusively broadcast on Ligue 1+ next season, as announced by the Professional Football League (LFP) in a statement released this Tuesday.

Already the rights holder for Ligue 1, where it will also broadcast all matches after acquiring the ninth match previously shown by BeIN Sports this season, Ligue 1+ is expanding its catalog with nine new matches every weekend, with the schedule already known.

Each matchday of the League 3 championship, starting with the first matchday on August 6, will kick off with the weekend’s showcase match on Thursday evening at 8:45 PM. For these matches, five cameras will be deployed, with a commentator duo and a touchline reporter present at the stadium. Following that, a multiplex will be scheduled every Saturday at 3 PM, featuring the remaining eight matches. A dedicated segment for League 3 will also be broadcast in the Saturday night show on Ligue 1+.
