Monday May 4, Sheila wanted to pay tribute to one of her loved ones on her Instagram account. She was indeed mourned by the disappearance of the Scottish singer and guitarist Alex Ligertwood, mainly known for having been part of the group Santana, formed around the legendary guitarist Carlos Santana. “It is with immense sadness and a broken heart that I announce the death of my dear and sweet Alex Ligertwood, my husband of 25 years, whom I knew for 36 years”declared Shawn Brogan on Facebook. She specifies that the singer is“died peacefully in his sleep”two weeks after a last concert.
News that did not fail to move Sheila. “It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing of my friend Alex Ligertwood, the ex-singer of Santana. He went to join Keith Olsen, who left before him”wrote the singer on Instagram. “My American team is getting smaller… All that’s left is Jason Scheff. On April 7, Sheila also paid tribute to her son Ludovic Chancel, who died on July 7, 2017.
