The Impro Culture and Diversity Occitanie Trophy celebrated the creativity of middle school students at the Théâtre des Nouveautés. The Rodez team won against Tarbes and Toulouse, winning the regional victory and the first star.
The Impro Culture and Diversity Occitanie Trophy took place at the Théâtre des Nouveautés for the regional final.
For the occasion, the Toulouse team supervised by the company La Bulle Carrée, the Rodez team by the Bleu Théâtre and the Tarbes team by the Improsteurs took to the stage for the match.
In the room were present Saïd Soudjay, the artistic director of the Trophy at the national level, and the regional director of the Trophy, Julie Boissier.
On stage, the middle school students had a timid start but quickly caught up and increased their creativity, responsiveness and listening skills to offer original and successful improvisations.
The public knew how to be fair
As for the public, the grand master of this regional final, they knew how to be fair.
He voted for the best improvisations and not for the friends. He was also very reactive to improvisations.
And if all improvisation professionals agreed that the three teams had worked well, a final only requires a winner chosen by the public and a few stars designated by the national and Occitanie artistic directors.
Thus, the 3rd star was awarded to Amaya de Tarbes, Adrien de Rodez and Lucie de Lourdes, the 2nd to Fantine de Tarbes and Ismaël de Toulouse, and the 1st star to Maël de Rodez.
As for the winner of this regional final, it was awarded to the Rodez team. The Tarbes team finished second. Nevertheless, the Tarbais will be able to recover during the national final next June.
