Their home in Montfort-l’Amaury, Yvelines, was burglarized a few days before the new year on December 29, 2025. On that day, one or more intruders entered their home and left with jewelry, watches, and cash, for an estimated damage of around 320,000 euros.
According to Paris Match, a 35-year-old suspect and professional driver has been arrested. Previously convicted in March 2024 for similar offenses in Lisieux, Normandy, he was in legal recidivism at the time of the burglary. Present in court on Thursday for an immediate appearance, he was placed under judicial supervision pending trial. The Versailles public prosecutor has not yet responded to requests.
