Bio Burger on Rue des Filatiers proves that you can devour a creamy Blue Cheese or a seitan burger while respecting the cycles of nature. The new establishment offers complete organic burger menus starting at € 10.90. This new responsible spot is expected to be a hit in the Carmes area.

Opened in early January on Rue des Filatiers, the national franchise Bio Burger, founded by Antony Darre and Louis Fracq, has already won over Toulouse. In a cozy space with bricks, benches, cushions, and plants, Bio Burger attracts food lovers. “Here, all products are organic,” says Nino, the manager of this Toulouse restaurant opened by Nicolas Grau, a native of Narbonne who previously managed one in Montpellier. Street food can also be a committed and responsible cuisine, made with seasonal products. For example, cooking avocado in winter and tomatoes in summer, thus respecting natural cycles.

A very comprehensive menu offers items ranging from € 10.90 for the cheapest – fries, drink, and burger – to € 15.90 for the highest priced “Vegan Winter”, made of vegan bread, seitan patty, winter vegetables, salad, pickles, onion jam, and American sauce. You can also try the “Blue Cheese”, which includes beef steak, salad, red onions, Fourme d’Ambert cheese, fig jam, honey, and mayonnaise. Or the “Fish”: breaded fish fillet, salad, pickle, tomato sauce. Or simply the “Hamburger”: beef or breaded chicken, red onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard. “Customers are now paying more attention to what they eat,” says Pierre, a staff member. “We have been established for a short time and our very diverse customer base is already loyal. It’s a good sign.”

Bio Burger is located at 36 Rue des Filatiers in Toulouse.
