Three people, two in Ukraine and one in Russia, lost their lives in strikes on Friday. But this weekend, on the occasion of Orthodox Easter, weapons should briefly fall silent. It was Vladimir Putin who first announced the long-awaited total ceasefire demanded by Kiev. It will start on Saturday at 3 pm and end on Sunday evening. Volodymyr Zelensky shortly after indicated that his country was ready to respect this rare pause in hostilities.
