Lucie Bernardoni breaks her silence. Accused of violence against her daughter, she denies the “lies” and wants to continue “Dancing with the Stars“. Nine days after being in police custody, the 39-year-old singer tells her side in an interview with Le Parisien. Following a complaint filed by her ex-partner Pedro Alves at the end of November 2025, she will be judged on September 29 in Nanterre for “voluntary violence by a parent“. In the meantime, she is under judicial control.

I have never mistreated my daughter,” states Lucie Bernardoni, who denounces an accumulation of “lies” against her. She decided to speak out after her case was publicized, which she claims to have discovered in early February after media requests revealed the accusations. “It’s a horror to accuse me of such things,” she confides.

“On the night of my birthday, from February 3 to 4, 2026, I received an email from the editorial team of the magazine Voici asking if I wanted to respond to an article announcing that the father of my daughter had filed a complaint against me for abuse against her. I was shocked. […] I understood that he would never leave me alone.”

The vocal coach from the Star Academy also disputes the descriptions of a teenager attributed to her. She ensures that her daughter lives with her and that she takes care of her daily life.

On the events mentioned, Lucie Bernardoni admits to a dispute with her daughter in 2024, regarding everyday rules. An episode she does not deny, but firmly disputes as violent. “Never have I mistreated her,” she insists, describing a relationship where she seeks primarily to establish boundaries.

She also affirms that her daughter does not consider herself in danger on her part. During her testimony, the teenager reportedly answered “no” to the question posed by the police, according to the version reported by the singer.

Lucie Bernardoni also describes a very degraded relationship with the father of her daughter. She accuses him of harassment for several years and mentions “psychological violence“. She recalls filing a complaint against him in 2020 for an assault.

Despite the ongoing legal procedure, the TF1 candidate expresses her intention to continue “Dancing with the Stars“. Absent from the prime on April 3, she assures she will return to the competition. “I have nothing to be ashamed of. I have nothing to blame myself for,” she declares.

Supported by her partner Christophe Licata, she says she faces the future with determination. “I don’t hang my head and I don’t give up,” she affirms in an interview with Le Parisien, determined to defend her version until the trial.
