The situation took a different turn when the young woman was taken into custody at the Neuilly-sur-Seine police station for “intentional violence by a parent.” Close to a week after news of her judicial supervision following her custody, Lucie Bernardoni decided to speak out to Le Parisien to defend herself against the accusations made by her ex-partner and his daughter.

Explaining the reason for her delayed response, the Star Academy contestant replied, “I have delayed this moment as long as possible. I have always chosen to fight in silence, because, for me, dirty laundry should not be aired in public. But today, I must protect myself and my daughter. I can no longer let lies circulate. Protecting a woman and a child cannot be done in silence. I no longer want to remain silent and I am no longer ashamed to speak.”

Upset with her daughter’s father, Lucie Bernardoni disputes the “absurd lies” told by him. She reveals, “My daughter supposedly lives with him since she was seven months old, which is completely false. At that time, her main residence was with me. That she lives alone and with 2,500 euros as pocket money. That is false,” she said in the newspaper, adding, “She lives with me. I give her money when she needs it for her hobbies or when she is with her friends.” She quickly put an end to speculations by stating that her daughter does not suffer physical violence at her home.

Speaking to her colleagues, the thirty-year-old explained that Pedro Alves has been subjecting her to “harassment.” She confided, “He has been trying to destroy me for years. I am not the first woman to endure this. I have contacts with former partners who have experienced severe psychological abuse,” she added, saying that she filed a complaint against the musician in 2020 for a physical assault that caused her three days of ITT.

Regarding the alleged violence towards her teenage daughter, Lucie Bernardoni recounted having had “an argument” with her two years ago. The next day, she apologized. I never mistreated her,” said the young mother. Asked about her reaction to her daughter’s complaint, the former Star Academy finalist said she was “devastated.” She added, “In February 2026, she came home and explained that she had been to the police station where her father had taken her to file a complaint against me. I can’t believe it. I am devastated. But she explained that I shouldn’t worry because when the police asked her, ‘Do you feel safe with your mother?’ she replied, ‘No,'” she said.

Lucie Bernardoni then shared about her custody in connection with accusations of violence towards her daughter. She recounted, “When I found out that my daughter had filed a complaint, I asked my lawyer to take the necessary steps to quickly meet with the police to give my version of the events as soon as possible.” She explained the difficult conditions of her custody, stating, “When I arrived, I was placed in custody in very difficult conditions: cold, lack of sleep, unsanitary cell. I have an autoimmune disease and had an anxiety attack that was particularly painful.” While she remained silent for a long time, Lucie Bernardoni now refuses to stay quiet and is ready to fight to the end.
