Fleury Roux, Pierre Martinez, and Raphaël Masliah reached the Corsen Point in Finistère on Tuesday, April 7, after seven days. Their journey spanned 1,142 kilometers with 12,630 meters of positive elevation gain, starting in Erstein near Strasbourg on March 31. The challenge required 64 hours of activity, averaging nine hours per day, mainly on bicycles.

The trajectory was described as an “imperfect” line within a narrow corridor of only four kilometers out of the total length. The trio navigated without GPS or markings, using 97 A3 maps along the way. They encountered various obstacles, including swimming across a river, kayaking another, and even crossing nine highways.

Fleury Roux, weakened by a virus in the early days, shared the daily adventure on social media. Enduring snow, wind, rain, and sun from the start, the three companions faced diverse weather conditions.

Fleury Roux, a mountain guide and camera runner, is no stranger to such daring challenges. In April 2025, he and Pierre Martinez connected the southernmost point of France to the northernmost point in a straight line, covering 1,334 kilometers and 23,400 meters of elevation gain in just eleven days.
