Authorized by the Ministry of National Defense, Colonel Dr. Nguyen Danh Khoa, vice-principal of the School of Signal Officers, presided over the opening ceremony.
Present at the opening ceremony were representatives from the Bureau of the Ministry of National Defense, the School of Information Officers, as well as officers and personnel from document management and security units across the armed forces.

Over the course of a week, trainees received basic computer training; they learned to use office software, regulations related to document writing and spreadsheets, establish connections using military data networks, use networks securely, and acquired knowledge on managing and archiving electronic documents. They also gained skills in sending, receiving, and processing electronic documents with digital signatures, as well as guidance on leveraging artificial intelligence applications in document processing and dissemination.
In his opening speech, Colonel Dr. Nguyen Danh Khoa urged all organizations to scrupulously apply the content of the plan. Addressing the instructors, he emphasized the need for personalized introductions and mentoring for each trainee, based on the principle “easy to remember, easy to understand, easy to assimilate, easy to put into practice,” and the importance of integrating extracurricular activities into the training program. For the trainees, he highlighted the importance of understanding the Organizing Committee’s regulations, applying acquired knowledge to practical situations, and continuing to advise and assist Party committees and commanders after training to accelerate digital transformation within their organizations and units.

Following the opening ceremony, the trainees began the training program, conducted by instructors from the Signal Corps Officers School.
