Meeting Alison Bechdel, Creator of the Bechdel Test

Alison Bechdel, an iconic figure in lesbian culture and creator of the famous “Bechdel Test,” invites Parisians to celebrate with her the 20th anniversary of “Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic” at the Concorde Theater. A not-to-be-missed event, during which the comic book author revisits her work, from the original series “Dykes to Watch Out For” to her recent “The Essential Dykes to Watch Out For.” She advocates for the expression of the intimate as a political act and resistance to erasure attempts.

Welcoming PRINT, the New Hybrid Venue in Ménilmontant

A concept that is ephemeral and hybrid – between gastronomy, music, and photography – PRINT settles in a 3,000m² disused building in Ménilmontant, in the 20th arrondissement, for three months. A project inspired by Arles, during the International Photography Rencontres, PRINT celebrates its very first Parisian edition from March to May in an inclusive and free atmosphere. Expect a sharp musical program from Cracki Records, photo exhibitions, and culinary performances by founding chef Alexis Bijaou.
