The low-profile sneaker trend is expected to continue into the summer, offering more options than ever before with even lower looks.
Asics has released its Hypersync sneaker in new White/Pure Silver and Oyster White/Ivory colorways, following the success of two styles that sold out in March.
Drawing inspiration from archive Asics wrestling and track & field footwear, the Hypersync aims to help wearers connect closely with their environments and be present.
The design combines elements from Asics’ Hyperpower track shoe and Snapdown wrestling shoe for both trendiness and functionality. The OrthoLite X-40 sockliner and heel cup add comfort to the minimally cushioned sneaker.
Mindfulness-promoting footwear is a growing trend in 2026, with Nike and Pharrell Williams also releasing similar styles.
The unisex Asics Hypersync sneakers in the White/Pure Silver and Oyster White/Ivory colorways retail for $110 each and are available on the Asics website and select retailers.
