Marlee Solomon

Canon-McMillan, jr., 118 pounds

2025-26 record: 38-0 Career record: 78-3

Canon-McMillan’s Marlee Solomon secured her second consecutive PIAA and WPIAL titles this season. She displayed dominance in the 118-pound weight class, winning all four state tournament matches by technical fall, outscoring opponents 67-3. Her season included 14 pins, 22 technical falls, and a major decision victory.

For her outstanding season performance, Solomon was named the Trib’s Girls Wrestler of the Year. She narrowly beat Mt. Lebanon’s Isla Silva, a freshman WPIAL and PIAA champion at 112 pounds.

First team all-stars

Maggie Alfera

Laurel, sr., 136 pounds

2025-26 record: 36-4 Career record: 72-9

Maggie Alfera, a Pitt-Johnstown commit, secured her second PIAA medal with a fourth-place finish this year. She was a WPIAL and PIAA West Regional champion with 47 career pins.

Kristen Walzer

Montour, sr., 100 pounds

2025-26 record: 12-1 (girls), 24-10 (boys) Career record: 34-14 (girls), 62-45 (boys)

Kristen Walzer claimed her third PIAA medal by finishing third this year. She won two WPIAL titles and competed for Pennsylvania in the Pittsburgh Wrestling Classic, with plans to attend Pitt-Johnstown.
